In this role you will be...

• Executing a plan, primarily on small new builds and residential remodels, with a sharp eye toward budget and timeline
• Leading and training younger and less experienced teammates
• Swinging a hammer and also working with management and clients to ensure a smooth start to the project

This is for a foreman/leadership position so we are only looking for candidates with a verifiable track record of professional growth and field-based success in the construction industry. This position requires the ability to manage and delegate as well as turning out exceptional work. The perfect candidate will have a variety of experience over at least 5 years as a residential framing carpenter with exposure to multiple other fields. With that said, if you are a great carpenter but short on leadership and management experience we are looking to fill a couple of other carpenter positions that could grow into this level of authority. • If you have been promoted into foreman, PM, or other leadership roles.
• You have experience using PM software systems like Builder Trend or Co-Construct
• Transportation: Must have your OWN reliable and dedicated vehicle and valid license.
• Tools: We have a warehouse full but you need basic tools. The right candidate understands what this means.
• Clean(ish) record- drug free, no crimes of trust like fraud or theft on your record"
